FOXBORO, MASS. - New Orleans Saints safety Malcolm Jenkins broke up the monotony of pre-practice stretching exercises Wednesday when he suddenly jumped up and starting dancing as George Clinton's "Atomic Dog" blared over the loudspeakers.
"It's a little step (routine) me and frat did. Anytime I hear 'Atomic Dog,' I have to do it," said the second-year pro from Ohio State. "My teammates know that, and they were egging me on, saying, 'C'mon man.'
"Anything to get us through camp, you know."
Jenkins' performance drew cheers from his Saints teammates - and a lot of curious looks from the New England Patriots on the other side of the field.
